1. What is iiyabox?
iiyabox is an online children clothing store on a mission to simplify life with your little ones by providing essential clothing items in generous quantities for your everyday needs. Ran by two friends (by moms for moms), who understand the juggling act of parenthood, our goal is solely to give you lots for your children allowing you even more time to cherish those precious moments with them. iiyabox offers you the ease of getting bundle(s) of affordable clothing items with variety delivered straight to you without the stress or time associated with store runs. Our motto: Mom. Life. Simplified.
2. What sizes do you carry?
We offer basics for your little ones from newborn to 5T. We continue to work in the background to provide even more variety and ranges to suit your needs. Let us know what items are missing from our selection and you just may see them pop-up soon. For this soft launch period, we currently have most items available from newborn to 12M. Tights are available through 5T.
3. What make iiyabox unique?
iiyabox is the most convenient way to get a large quantity of baby clothing essentials. This is especially needful for families with multiples or singletons who just want to “shop and forget about it” … at least for some time. As parents of multiples and little ones ourselves, we understand how valuable a service like iiyabox is, especially in the first years.

5. What types of items can I expect?
Expect to receive quality basic pieces with a mix of both iiyabox and other brands. Most are casual items that can be paired with other pieces or worn alone.
6. When do I receive my order?
Because we understand the needs of moms, we strive to get your items across to you as soon as we can. Our goal is to process your order within 2-3 business days. Do allow an additional 5-7 days for shipping to receive your box.
This timeframe could be extended during holiday seasons, and new product introductions. We greatly appreciate your patience.
7. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the Contiguous USA only (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). In the near future, we plan to grow and ship globally. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, your pre-tax orders of $100 or more ship to you for FREE!
9. What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept payment through various means including all major US debit and credit card issuers and Paypal.
10. Do you charge sales tax?
For orders shipped, delivered or picked up within the State of Texas, sales tax of 8.25% is applied to your total order.
11. What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
Just drop us a message within 12 hours of the initial order. After this time frame, we likely already began processing your order and can no longer guarantee a change can be made.
12. I do not see my question answered here, what do I do?
